Ashleigh Cook

Ashleigh Cook, Certified Yoga Instructor

Coming from South Africa, Ashleigh Cook is a certified fitness trainer and group class instructor of 25 years, teaching Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Cardio-Kickboxing and Group Circuit Classes, and Health and Nutrition Seminars.

As a Certified Natural Health Professional, she has dedicated a lifestyle of holistic health and wellness. Teaching Yoga on Cruise Ships, Spa's and Health Clubs around the world, Yoga has always inspired her, seeing how it has positively impacted the lives of so many people.

Vinyasa Yoga is her passion; a non-impact sequenced flow of yoga postures with emphasis on body alignment and breathing. Ashleigh's, Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes incorporate Vinyasa Yoga; Pilates and focused breathing.
