Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes:
A non-impact sequenced flow of yoga postures with emphasis on body alignment and breathing.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes incorporate Vinyasa Yoga; Pilates and focused breathing. Experience the benefits of this wonderful class – Improved balance and flexibility, increased core strength and overall muscle tone while de-stressing and relaxing the mind, giving you a much-welcomed sense of health and well-being.
Soothing Saturday Yoga Session:
Start your weekend the right way with this relaxing yoga session. We will focus on stretching our muscles worked during the week, while soothing and calming the mind with gentle breathing and flowing yoga sequences.
Stress- Buster Yoga Session:
A sequenced flow of yoga poses, focusing on deep breathing and large muscle groups to relieve stress and relax the body and mind.
Core- Strengthening Yoga Session:
A combination of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Pilates, focusing on the core muscle groups. Strengthen and tone the abdominals, spine, lower back and hip flexors with this non-impact sequenced flow of yoga postures, while calming the mind and stretching all muscle groups.
